1. Agreement
By using PocketHelm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Do not use the service where it is prohibited by law.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your login credentials, the actions taken from your account, and keeping credentials secure. Trials may include message limits. Do not share your account.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service: no illegal content, harassment, scraping, or reverse engineering. Do not attempt to bypass limits or abuse AI outputs.
5. AI Content Disclaimer
PocketHelm uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate. You must independently review, verify, and decide how to use any AI-generated content.
PocketHelm does not provide professional advice. Nothing in the service constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, employment, or other professional advice. AI "experts" are simulated personas, not licensed professionals. Always consult qualified professionals before making important decisions.
You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions. PocketHelm is a tool to help you think through problems—not a substitute for professional judgment or due diligence.
6. Intellectual Property
PocketHelm (Dotful Labs LLC) owns the service, software, and brand, including all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your content. You grant PocketHelm a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, use, reproduce, and process your content solely to operate, provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service (including abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and customer support). We do not claim ownership of your content. We will not use your content to train public, general-purpose AI models unless we clearly disclose it and you provide any consent required by applicable law.
7. Payment, Billing, and Refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Trials may convert to paid subscriptions if not canceled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Service Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We try to avoid breaking changes but cannot guarantee availability.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use at your own risk.
11. Liability Limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketHelm and Dotful Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to PocketHelm in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) $100.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
